We thought of getting married at this cathedral, the Bazilika. It is beautiful, and contains the right hand of St. Istvan (Steven) on display, but it was clear it would dwarf our little party. I brought the kids in for a quick peek. We lit some candles, said some prayers, and heard the Our Father in Hungarian during mass. I wonder what it’s like giving a homily with hundreds of tourists, and a loud little boy, streaming in and out. #summer #travels #budapest #latergram #cathedral
