Every Day Moments – March – Los Angeles Photographer

For two weeks we ventured throughout northern California visiting our friends and family. As not much time was spent home doing our usual routine, our “every day” moments were a little different, a little special.

We began our trip up north with the baptism of our godson, Hank. He got the full body immersion – what a memorable experience! – and we vowed not to be “half-baked” godparents. Date night once a week, Father ordered us. Through our commitment and love for each other (marriage first, non-kid-centric) our children and godchildren would learn the love of God. I thought he preached a pretty strong and important message.

We are also Hank’s big brother’s and big sister’s godparents and feel privileged to have this honor – way to put all their eggs into one basket, right?! 😉

Then we visited my in-laws from the Bay area to Red Bluff to Chico. I fell in love with all the almond orchards. They were in full bloom and shed beautiful carpets of snow upon the ground.

I have not been keeping up with capturing Ilona’s changing moments from month to month. She’s been a crawling and standing fiend, she even stands in the bath tub now. Tonight, I decided to capture at least one of her bathing. She’s 8 1/2 months now and loves being with her big sis and big bro. “I’m done with you, Mom. Let me play with them!” she squeaks.

Please continue through our circle and visit Kristin Labrum’s Every Day Moments.

Oh I love the shots in the orchard. It’s beautiful this time of the year with the trees in bloom and the mustard plants displaying fields of yellow. 🙂 One of my favorite times.

And what is it about bathtub shots that make them so adorable! Love her blue eyes!ReplyCancel
