Every Day Moments – May/June

Most of May we were out of town visiting the east coast, from Boston to Charleston. It was a memorable trip that was planned around my sister’s wedding in Cape Cod. I have to admit I have been a wee bit intimidated to begin culling through those images and, though, I have started, I’m afraid I will have to finish it later and dedicate a post just for that trip.

The last couple of weeks have been spent getting back into our regular schedule (but it never seems regular to me!) I am resolving to pick up my DSLR more this next month as I feel I am falling out of practice and getting too comfortable with instagram. (Dang it!)

Here is a typical expression of my boy’s. He pouts frequently. I’ve been thinking that I may just take lots of videos of him pouting and crying and later compile them into a video that I will play for him when he’s older (and maybe for any girlfriend he might bring home one day.)

Here is one of my baby girl. I cannot believe she is almost 1! She almost never naps in our bed anymore, so when the two of us fell asleep there the other day I woke up to capture this, perhaps one last time. I used to take pictures of her as a fresh baby on our bed; she doesn’t look too different, just a lot bigger. *sniff, sniff*
